The back-and-forth continues between the South Shore Regional School Board and Town of Bridgewater.
Mayor David Walker sent a letter to the board, requesting additional information on the Bridgewater-Park View school review.
Walker was hoping to find out about the board’s next steps after a consultant report made 11 recommendations to improve the process.
Chair Jennifer Naugler says the review will move ahead.
“A lot of the recommendations really referenced the policy itself and that is something the minister would have to reflect on but as far as our board’s work, it will continue.”
The Department of Education will consider the recommendations as part of their next policy review.
Two meetings will be scheduled next month to resume the school review process.
