The inaugural Food Truck Festival in Bridgewater has exceeded expectations.
Volunteers with Fresh Air Food held a de-brief Tuesday night following Saturday’s event at Shipyard’s Landing.
Organizer Janice Tanner Ernst says it was a great first year.
“With more than 2,500 people out raising over $3,000 for Feed Nova Scotia, it was just an amazing time.”
The event attracted plenty of food vendors – both locally and from across the province.
Tanner Ernst says they will work on improving parking and bringing in more food trucks for next year’s event.
It has already been scheduled for September 10, 2016.
