It’s that time again.
Clocks fall back giving us an extra hour on Sunday.
Historian Peter Oickle says despite the controversy daylight savings does have its use.
“If we didn’t change our clocks back one hour,” he said, “we wouldn’t see the sun until eight or nine in the morning. “
Oickle says ultimately our bodies do adjust pretty quickly to the change in time, so it’s nothing to get upset about.
Clocks go back at 2 a.m. on Sunday.
