A country megastar is coming to Bridgewater on Mother’s Day weekend.
Tanya Tucker will perform at the Lunenburg County Lifestyle Centre on Saturday May 11.
The performance is one of three slated in Nova Scotia this spring, with other stops in Yarmouth and Truro.
Tucker has established quite a resume for herself including 56 Top 40 singles like “Delta Dawn” and “Two Sparrows in a Hurricane.”
She is also the recipient of numerous accolades, including two Country Music Association awards and two Academy of Country Music awards.
The 60 year-old also has 10 Grammy Award nominations, and was honoured by the Academy of Country Music in 2016 with the Cliffie Stone Icon Award.
Tickets go on sale to the public Friday morning at the LCLC Box Office or ticketpro.ca.
