There’s still no word after a full day of deliberations in the trial of a Mount Pleasant woman accused of criminal negligence in the death of her daughter.
The jury has spent the day going over evidence presented in the case against Candice Roxanne Moore.
The charge requires the crown to prove Moore acted with a reckless disregard for the safety of her daughter.
The 12 jurors started deliberations around 11 o’clock this morning.
They have been adjourned but will remain sequestered until they come to a decision.
