The municipal and school board election happens today across Nova Scotia.
If you haven’t cast your ballot electronically or through advanced polls, this is your last day.
Voter information cards were mailed to eligible voters across the South Shore.
Those cards tell people where they can vote along with information on candidates offering in their area.
On the South Shore, we know there will be new mayors in the Town of Lockeport, Municipality of the District of Lunenburg and Town of Mahone Bay.
That’s because Darian Huskilson, Don Downe, and Joe Feeney are not re-offering.
There are mayoral races in Bridgewater, the Town of Lunenburg, the Region of Queens and the Town of Shelburne.
Polls are open until 7 p.m.
