Frost advisory for all of Nova Scotia on Sunday night

Prepare for frost across the province on Sunday overnight to Monday morning.

Environment Canada says conditions are favourable for frost developing with temperatures near zero in low lying areas.

They say, “Showers are expected to end [Sunday] evening and the cloud is expected to partially clear out by morning. This will lead to temperatures dropping near zero overnight in some areas.”

Damage is possible to plants, trees, and crops.

Frost advisories are issued when frost or freezing temperatures are expected widespread during the growing season.
