Highway 103 is open after a fatal three vehicle crash in Maitland, Lunenburg county.
A section of the highway was closed for roughly eight hours between Blockhouse and Bridgewater.
RCMP say a 73-year old woman from Queens county died in the crash that happened around 1 p.m Tuesday afternoon.
A 68-year old man from Chester was also taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Police believe weather played a factor in the crash.
