A five-goal outburst in the second period carried the South Shore Junior ‘A’ Lumberjacks to an 8-4 win over the Yarmouth Mariners last night in Bridgewater.
Samuel Cyr-Ledoux led the attack with a hat-trick.
Stephen Sisco added a pair while Christian Tsukamoto, Cody Grant and Logan O’Neil rounded out the scoring for the South Shore.
The ‘Jacks are now 2-0 in pre-season play.
They’ll wrap up their exhibition schedule this weekend with a pair of games.
The Lumberjacks are back on the ice in Yarmouth on Saturday night before returning home for a game against Valley on Sunday night.
