The jury in the Candice Roxanne Moore trial is back in deliberations.
The group spent the first part of the afternoon hearing audio of Moore’s son who testified on Tuesday.
The 15-year-old spent almost two hours walking through the events surrounding the death of Olive Moore.
He says he saw Olive running beside the van before she fell and was run over by the back driver side tire.
He says his mother asked him to stay with Olive while she went to find help.
Moore is facing a charge of criminal negligence causing death.
The jury returned to deliberations around 3 o’clock.
If they are unable to come to a decision by the end of the day, they will be sequestered again until tomorrow morning.
