Lately I have seen a lot of social media posts of people seeing Black Bears in and around their homes.
They really are cool animals…but lets be honest…you don’t really want to come face to face with one. And if you’re like me, you’d never want to see one get harmed.
The Town of Lunenburg recently shared a great post on their facebook with some tips and tricks on how to deter Bears from coming in close to your home. The big culprit is your Green Bins. Personally I think the Seafood/Bones/Meat in the freezer trick is brilliant.
