A significant amount of lobster has been stolen from a business on Cape Sable Island.
RCMP in Barrington say 48 crates of live lobster were taken from an outdoor pound sometime overnight Tuesday into Wednesday.
Each crate contained about 100 pounds of lobster.
Police ask anyone with information to call the Barrington detachment.
