The body of a Shelburne county man has been found near a beach in Cape Breton.
Police say the 55 year old Lockeport man was found in the water in Inverness.
A few people out for a walk yesterday afternoon noticed the body and called 9-1-1.
RCMP say the man had been living in a boat in the area.
His death is not suspicious and police have not released his name.
