The South Shore Lumberjacks begin a challenging stretch towards the Christmas break starting tonight.
The local Junior ‘A’ hockey club will play three games in three nights including a home and home series against the league leading Pictou Weeks Crushers.
The ‘Jacks have not won in New Glasgow in almost two years.
The clubs will face off at 7 o’clock at the Wellness Centre before the return match tomorrow evening in Bridgewater.
The ‘Jacks finish 2016 in Yarmouth on Saturday.
