Local Food Awareness Week is coming in Lunenburg next week.
The idea is to make healthy, local food available to people in the community and provide a reminder of where food comes from, who is producing it or how it is being produced.
Lunenburg’s Farmers Market is a year-round opportunity for the community to take advantage of farm-to-table food.
The Market will move to the Community Centre September 17th and is open every Thursday from 8 a.m. until 12 p.m.
