Bailey says she’s thankful for the vote of confidence.
“It is really a relief to know I have again the confidence of the people of the town. And I’m excited to get back at it and to continue doing all the good things that we’ve been doing, or trying to do for the town.”
Bailey says she’s looking forward to getting back to work.
“That’s one of the rewarding things about the job is just walking into town hall everyday and wondering what you’re going to sink your teeth into that day because there’s lots of opportunity to make a difference and to see an improvement for your town”
Bailey says there’s lots to do in the next four years including developing the Lunenburg Academy as a community hub, ensuring the needs of young families are met and promoting Lunenburg as a creative economy.
