A 33 year-old Halifax man has been rearrested in relation to the death of Kristin Johnston.
The 32 year-old Johnston was found dead inside her Purcells Cove home on March 26.
The man was arrested at the home but required immediate medical attention and was transported to hospital with serious injuries.
He was rearrested this afternoon after he was released from the QEII in Halifax.
No charges have been laid.
