More Nasty Weather Expected In NS

As people continue to clear snow, another system is on the way with a mix of precipitation expected to affect the region tomorrow.

Environment Canada says the low pressure system will begin in the southwest tonight and track across the province tomorrow.

This storm will begin as snow and spread eastward throughout the day, changing through ice pellets and freezing rain for most of province but will then change to rain for areas bordering the Atlantic coast tomorrow afternoon.

Most of Western Nova Scotia can expect around 5-15 cms before the precipitation becomes mixed with or changes over to rain.
