PC Plus and Shoppers Optimum are combining to become the PC Optimum Program.
Loblaws bought Shoppers Drug Mart in 2014 and were looking for a way to combine points under one system.
Bridgewater Atlantic Superstore Store Manager Shelley Blanchard says customers don’t have to worry about points existing points.
“They all become part of one, so dollar for dollar it will just conver to the PC Optimum.”
Blanchard says under the new program some products will cost you a third fewer points.
As of February 1st all points will be converted at their full value and customers can use them at any Loblaws location.
