A Lunenburg County man is dead after a two vehicle collision New Years Eve.
According to RCMP, the 64 year-old was driving his Saturn Ion west bound along Highway 103 between exits 5 and 5A when he was rear-ended by a 17 year-old man driving a Chevy Cavalier.
The teenager was treated for minor injuries at the scene.
The incident occurred around 3:00pm and closed the highway for several hours while an RCMP collision analyst attended the scene.
Halifax District RCMP continues to investigate.
