Nova Scotia now has six medals at the Canada Winter Games in Red Deer, Alberta.
Judoka Sierra Tanner of Halifax and figure skater Scott Denyes of Beaver Bank both earned silver medals on Wednesday.
Bluenosers have a total of four silver and two bronze to sit eighth in the overall standings.
The six medals surpass Nova Scotia’s 2015 Winter Games haul of four.
