Gasoline prices will likely drop around here by at least a cent a litre tonight when the Utilities and Review Board makes its weekly setting.
The regulatory board in New Brunswick didn’t release its new price list last night because of the holiday but will do so tonight as well.
Senior petroleum analyst Dan McTeague at Gasbuddy.com predicts another lowering of prices.
“We’re looking at the price dropping by a maximum of about 1.2, maybe 1.3 cents a litre.”
McTeague adds the news is also good for diesel prices this week, with a drop of about one cent also expected at midnight.
