Linda Opal Acker, of Springfield, passed away April 25th, 2026 at South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Linda was born on October 16th, 1952, in East Dalhousie, NS, to Garnet and Viola (Lowe) Jodrey.
Linda is survived by sons, Troy (Jodie), and Adam; grandchildren, Nathanial, Logan (Alyse), Paige, and Maddox; and her sister, Helen Daniels.
Besides her parents, Linda is predeceased by her beloved husband Roland.
Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Sweeny’s Funeral Home, New Germany. As per her request there will be no funeral service.
Donations may be made to Springfield Baptist Church, the Canadian Cancer Society, or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
