Una Bertha (Henley) Aulenback, 93, passed away peacefully on April 26, under the loving care of the staff at Hillside Pines Home for Special Care in Bridgewater, NS. Una is survived by her sister, Joan (Gerry) LeMoal of Winnipeg, MB.; nieces Judi, Carolyn, Cheryl, Stephanie and Pam; and nephews Avery, Dan and Rob; her best friend, Gen and many cousins. She was predeceased by her parents, Hazen and Hazel (Herman) Henley; her stepmother, Carrie (Fancy) Henley; husband Harold; and son Rodney Aulenback; as well as her sisters, Verda Selig, Ida Frail, Elsie Fancey, Bev Aulenback; and nephews Allan Fancey and Ronnie Frail.

Una loved hot fudge sundaes, playing guitar and singing harmony, watching Heartland and listening to Garth Brooks. She could never pass up a good bargain at a thrift store or yard sale and her quick wit made her popular at social gatherings. She will be missed by her family and many friends.
