Online Registration Now Good To Go At LCLC

Kids are back and school and that means it’s time to get them registered in extra-curricular activities.

People trying to sign up online for programs at the Lunenburg County Lifestyle Centre had difficulties earlier this week.

The software used to register participants went down.

LCLC General Manager Kevin Benjamin says they were using a new program for registration when it crashed.

“You’d call it a perfect storm. You’re trying to move to a new software and then they end up having issues. Really, it had nothing to do with us at all. Just bad timing,” said Benjamin. “It’s a bunch of internal bugs that the public doesn’t see. If we could get those out of our hair then we’d be all in good shape.”

Benjamin says online registration is now back up and everything is running fine.

He says if anyone encounters problems they can call the LCLC and register over the phone.
