The Region of Queens is the latest municipality to help residents whose wells are dry.
People in North Queens can get potable water from a tap between the truck doors at the Fire Hall in Caledonia.
Queens Place Emera Centre in Liverpool is also offering their showers to residents.
CAO Richard MacLellan says it’s communities helping communities.
“Our neighbours in the rural parts of Queens are experiencing dry wells, so we’re happy that folks are lending a hand.”
MacLellan says the service will be available until further notice.
