Queens Youth Facing Charges After Multiple Break-Ins

RCMP in Queens have arrested a 16 year-old boy after a string of break-ins last month.

Police say the youth was arrested Sunday night following break-ins between January 15 and January 23.

He has been released but faces charges of break and enter, possession of stolen property and failing to comply with conditions of probation.

The youth is also facing assault charges from an unrelated incident.

The boy will appear in Bridgewater youth court at a later date.

RCMP say he has a history of property crimes and violence.

Some of the stolen goods have been recovered and will be returned to its owners.
