Charges are now pending against a 17 year-old boy following an incident Thursday in Queens County.
The boy was arrested after threats were made at Liverpool Regional High School.
It caused the school to go into hold and secure mode for roughly 20 minutes.
Staff Sergeant Paul MacDougall with Queens RCMP says the boy was taken into custody.
He was later transported to the IWK in Halifax to receive medical treatment, although there were no injuries.
A charge of uttering threats is expected to be laid.
