RCMP Still Trying To ‘Stuff The Cruiser’

The RCMP’s ‘Stuff the Cruiser’ campaign continues this weekend.

Constable Mark Skinner says it’s a way police can help out this Christmas Season.

“Police live and work within the communities we police. It’s kind of a way we have of giving back to the community.”

RCMP along with Bridgewater Police and Nova Scotia paramedics already raised 6,000 pounds of food and $1,300 for the Bridgewater food bank.

Officers will accept donations from 10 a.m until 2 p.m this Saturday at Sobeys locations in Liverpool and Shelburne.

Donations can also be dropped off at the Queens RCMP detachment anytime until December 20th.
