The 30th annual Shaid Tree yard sale wraps up today.
The yearly fundraiser saw record crowds come out to support the animal shelter in Bridgewater.
Chairman Danny Lohnes says yesterday was a good day.
“First day was spectacular. To me, it’s one of the best we’ve ever had. There was a ton of people, a lot of product went out and hopefully a lot of money raised for our shelter.
Lohnes says he’s hopeful today will be just as successful.
He says money raised will help buy food and litter for rescue animals along with a program that spays and neuters stray cats.
Lohnes says he has no doubt they’ll be organizing another event next year.
