Shelburne Mayor Karen Mattatall says it’s frustrating to write a letter and get no response.
The Town of Shelburne sent a letter in early December to the Nova Scotia Health Authority to learn more about x-ray equipment that’s not working properly at Roseway Hospital.
Mattatall says the town will write a second letter on that issue and hopefully get answers after learning a lab tech is leaving Roseway later this month.
“When are they advertising for a lab tech because there has been no ad go out yet and when are they going to repair the x-ray equipment?”
Mattatall says they continue to draw attention to the fact they are poorly serviced by the Health Authority in rural Nova Scotia.
