If you have some time for a good cause then SHYFT Youth Services wants to hear from you.
They are looking to build their roster of volunteers.
SHYFT executive director Adam Dolliver says volunteers play an important role in helping the organization provide all the services and programs for homeless and disadvantaged young people in the Tri-Counties.
“That could be things like our recent Raising The Roof campaign where we were selling toques around town or we have an upcoming Homeless For A Night (in May), so we’d need volunteers for that. We need people with all different skills.”
Dolliver says volunteers could also help at the SHYFT House.
