A 22-year-old man was arrested following a single vehicle accident in Lunenburg County yesterday.
RCMP say a car left the road of Highway 12 in Aldersville early Sunday morning, hitting a pole.
When they arrived, police say the man, who was driving at the time, showed signs of impairment and was arrested.
A female passenger was sent to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
Police say charges against the driver are pending and an investigation is ongoing.
