So Many Pickles, So Little Time

At our house, my wife and I just finished off the last jar of canned pickles we made last fall.

We weren’t supposed to run out of homemade pickles this early, so we’re going to have to step up our game in the garden this spring and summer.

Putting up pickled preserves has to be the best part of any home gardener’s hobby. Well, next to eating them.

We have them alone, on crackers, on burgers, on fishcakes and we even put pickled beets in salads.

But whether store bought or homemade, what’s your favourite pickle?

Bread and Butter? Sweet? Mustard? Dill? Sour? Or even Pickled Beets?
