Spring Almost Here

Spring is about to be sprung with the departure of winter at 6:58 p.m this evening.

There are at least two names for this occasion, the March Equinox or Vernal Equinox, either one means a time of renewal and the end to dreary old winter weather.

We will, however, have to contend with the annual dirty snow banks, and sand-filled parking lots, streets and driveways until the spring rains wash it all away in April and May, and then the crocus flowers will begin to show up.
