People will have to keep waiting to hear about the sale of the Osprey Ridge Golf Course.
The Municipality of Lunenburg was hoping to have everything wrapped up by the end of January.
However, two months later there’s still no word.
Mayor Don Down says a January announcement wasn’t realistic.
“I think the information we had at that point wasn’t accurate,” he says. “There’s a due process it’s going through. Things, basically, have gone through the normal protocol.”
It’s expected the property will remain a golf course until at least the end of this season.
Beyond that, no details are being released.
Downe says they hope to make an announcement soon.
