RCMP confirm charges to 25 year-old Alisha Dawn Hynick of Hammonds Plains have been withdrawn following a traffic stop last week in Cookville.
A targeted vehicle stop was conducted on Highway 10.
Police seized crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia and cash during the stop.
Twenty-eight year-old Timothy Charles MacKenzie and Hynick were arrested.
RCMP say MacKenzie pleaded guilty to possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine and was sentenced to three and a half years in prison.
Hynick was released.
