Another charge is being laid against one of three young men arrested after a lock-down at Millwood High School earlier this month.
Eighteen year old Jonathan Murray of Dartmouth has been charged with Conspiracy to Commit Murder.
Police say Murray had access to weapons and they believe he intended to commit a violent act at the school.
He was originally charged with Uttering Threats after a duffel bag of guns and ammunition was found nearby.
Murray appeared in provincial court today.
The other two youths are due in court on May 4th.
