Christmas is coming early for a local choir.
The South Shore Chorale will be joining country star Kenny Rogers on stage when he’s in Bridgewater next month.
Choir president Valerie Tanner says singing with such a big name is all new for the group.
“We have had some very, you know, some more famous soloists around Nova Scotia sing with us but nobody of this magnitude.”
The choir includes people between 18 and 80 years-old.
Rogers and the Chorale will be on stage November 16th at the Lunenburg County Lifestyle Centre.
