LaHave Ferry users will need to add an extra 40 minutes to their commute this week.
Ferry service between East LaHave and LaHave has been suspended for its annual refit and inspection.
Spokesperson Brian Taylor with the province”s Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal says the suspension is expected to last about five days and is asking commuters to detour through Bridgewater.
The refit will cost around $25,000.
